Meet Erica — the person behind EJM.
20+ years in accounting, most of it inside construction offices, not just around them.
Business support from someone who's done the work firsthand.
Erica has spent more than 20 years in accounting and bookkeeping — most of it inside construction offices, not just around them.
She managed the full books for an electrical contracting company for 15 years, followed by two years with a dump truck company, and has spent the last five years working directly inside a construction office handling day-to-day accounting, billing, and compliance. That hands-on experience is why EJM understands job costing, pay applications, certified payroll, and the paperwork that keeps a contractor compliant — not just the bookkeeping behind it.
Erica is QuickBooks Certified and a Florida Notary Public, and will complete her Accounting Certificate from Seminole State College in December 2026.
Bookkeeping and Excel aren't just what she does for work — they're what she genuinely enjoys. EJM was built to bring that same hands-on, detail-focused support to other small businesses and contractors.
